Bio-data
The officers bio-data
establishes the first contact with an employer and therefore, must be written
carefully. Those qualities and skills should be highlighted, which are going to
be useful for the corporate/industry. The following points should be adhered
to:-
à The bio-data should preferably be of only one typed page but not to exceed 2 pages.
à It should be typed on a good paper on a computer/laser machine or Electronic typewriter. This office will not forward badly typed / poorly writted bio-data to any employer.
à
Service courses should be translated into equivalent civil
experience / qualification that is understood by the Civilian
employer.
Profile for
internet
It should not exceed
nine to ten lines. Please indicate three job choices/suitability separately as
per codes given on reverse of employment index cards. Given below is a sample
profile of an infantry officer.
